How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I return or exchange an item?

If an item arrives defective or damaged you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing vhersoclohelp@gmail.com and attaching your order number together with clear photos or videos of the problem and a brief description. We will reply within two business days to confirm approval or explain any refusal and, where appropriate, will send a prepaid return label or detailed shipping instructions. Once approval is granted you must ship the product back, unused and in its original condition with all tags, packaging and accessories, within seven days. After we receive and inspect the item we will either issue a full refund—including the original shipping charges—or dispatch a free replacement of the same product if stock permits; in certain cases we may offer a partial refund for minor defects agreed with you. Refunds are processed within five business days and credited via the original payment method, although your bank may take up to ten additional business days to post the funds. When a defect is confirmed we cover all return-shipping costs; if the item is found to be non-defective we may refuse the return or charge the shipping to you. This policy does not apply to damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or improper washing, nor to gift cards or final-sale items, and it does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights or any other mandatory consumer protections.
